• The person who will be receiving the healing energy will be requested to sit, sleep, or lie down in whatever position is most comfortable for him or her.
• He or she should not be working while getting the healing energy.
• A period of time, such as 30 to 40 minutes or even longer if necessary, will pass as the healing process continues.
• Even as the body is recovering, the person could nod off.
• The recipient of the energy will be informed later, once the healing session has concluded.
